Keys to a stress free lifestyle- RESPECT YOURSELF!

One of the keys to a stress free life style is having a sense of self-respect for who YOU are as a person. This means you can avoid validating yourself on the opinion of others, which is often what causes a lot of stress in people's social lives!

Having a good social life can be one of life's pleasures, but basing your own self worth on what others think of you, or the way they treat you is not healthy. It is better to have a sense of over-confidence in your attitude, rather than be in fear of others. Having more self confidence WILL make you more of a target for other people. Why not simply say "Fuck them, this is my life". You will gain the respect of the people who matter MORE by staying true to yourself. Never pander to the masses or be obsessed with pleasing everyone. Respect yourself first!
