Hey people. It is a snowy day right now, the sun was out this morning and was very nice. ehhe he he he. I am getting ready for a session with Brandon Cooksey and the res of the band. Hey people, well the last of you are still hanging around, its after 1 am! Austin and I had a lot of fun keeping everyone entertained with our show! THANK YOU FOR COMING OUT! This party was a lot better than the first! I am so glad I had a magnificent party! I am also very excited that I have some secret developments coming up with the group. I am meeting with Brandon 2morrow at 7pm to discuss some very serious business! If it falls through, this could be a very huge break! I have to get in contact with my sister and the rest of the band. This is potentially huge news! THANK YOU FOR COMING TO THE PARTY!!!!! I AM STILL SLIGHTLY DRUNK, but I feel very good. Now I just have to make sure I remember to pick up all the beer cans! ---matt

Hey people! I am so very grateful to those of you who read my blogs. I am sick right now, I wish I wasn't! Though I'm sure I'll be in tip top shape for Thursday night, the night of the Party Time with Austin and Matt!  I have known Austin for over 10 years. Great old friend of mine. We will be playing some music. I'll be on drums, and he will be playing some loud ass chunky guitar! Today I taught my classes. I probably should have called off. I explained to the kids that the lesson of the day is that when you are a grown up, you can't stay home sick. Who would have taught guitar class today? I think it sucks a lot that I am sick again. It is a terrible cough, I feel like my lungs have stuff in them. At least I am not smoking anymore. Hooray for me! I know you guys have been waiting for my Activia Diary to start! Hey people, I am up earlier than expected today. I might be getting a small cough! Damn, I just got done being sick! It is probably from having a rough Friday night and being out too late in this cold ass weather. I did have a couple days of great practice with my dude Austin this weekend! It was very fun, I played the drums. We also made a trip to Ann Arbor, and I bought a cool book. hehe eh he. We played this song: We are having a party at my house this Thursday so everyone can hear how good/cool/awesome we are!Be there around 9pm! Yo, yesterday was very cold in the morning. I enjoyed the sunshine though. It is fun driving on the back roads where things probably haven't changed much since the 50's. It was very sweet........ see ya! -----matt

Hey people, I am feeling pretty good at this moment. I took a few days off of the internet. The show went ridiculously well! I am still very happy about it. The whole day was full of fun! I am very very very grateful to everyone that came to see us! Especially to the members of Hit Society, Tom (the cool drummer guy), James for running sound. The other Tom for shooting video, and Jerry for being there as well. The next show is February 11th @ the I-rock in Detroit. Did you hear the commercial I made for it? hehe he he he h e.                             COOL COMMERCIAL FOR GIG! The above video is from back when I had short hair. 2 years ago. I think I could do the song much better now. Covering this song has to be one of the most generic things you can do.... but hey--- its also a huge part of guitar player culture that cannot be ignored! ------------Matt

Hello people, Well tomorrow is the show with HIT SOCIETY at the 8 ball tomrrow. I am very much looking forward to it! We had practice on Sunday, and it sounded pretty dang good. I can't wait to play with Koji and Tom (the cool drummer guy)! The show is also going to be filmed, so I have to be on my best behavior. I practiced a ton this week. Everyone knows that practice is the magic word! No, the magic word isn't please, it is practice.  I am now struggling to be a non-smoker. I haven't smoked since Monday! Holy crap. Sometimes it is very hard for me, but once the initial craving wears off, I am pretty good. I sure won't miss smelling like cigarrettes. I hope I can keep this up. This is the longest I have gone in 2 years without smoking!  I have to admit, yesterday when I watched this video it made me want to smoke! Little Richard obviously knows, the secret. The secret magic word is practice.  Practice is the Key to Success----- Matt 

Hey people, I hope everyone had a great week, and I would like to thank everyone who came to my party and made it a success! It was extremely fun for me. heh ehehe. I played one of my secret tracks that I am sheilding from the internet right now. I also gave away a cd, and the cleanup wasn't too bad at all. Chris and Geirge DID end up stoping over, they jammed on the guitar and bass, and I got to play the drums. I wish I got to play drums more often, they are pretty fun and help me give my left brain a workout! I didn't get to sleep after the party until after 4 am, because like the typical dumb person I am, I drank too much coffee and my heart was racing all night. heh ehe hhe. Then I woke up at around 7:30 and couldn't fall back asleep! hehe he he Well, now is the time I focus all of my energy to my band practice tomorrow! I tell you what, jamming by yourself for long streches of time and even trying to entertain people that way is tough, I can't wait to practice to

Hey people, I am just getting ready for the youngsters today. Hopefully they will be on decent behavior after not having guitar class for about a month! Today I also need to make some flyers for my sweet COOL PARTY I am having on Thursday. I can't wait to play my newest music there. It should be cool. I am also having my two new friends Chris and George over! They are musicians. They are also aquainted with Jo Schurr, a cool drummer guy that plays with me sometimes. Why is my stupid older sister playing music so loud? Doesn't she realize that when SHE likes Prince, it sort of ruins it for me?? Omg my life sucks!!!!! FYI, Little Red Corvette has to be the stupidest song he ever did. I take more inspiration from this video: Hey, he kind of reminds me of my friend Jeff in that video!
