cool party again?

Hey people, I am up earlier than expected today. I might be getting a small cough! Damn, I just got done being sick! It is probably from having a rough Friday night and being out too late in this cold ass weather.


I did have a couple days of great practice with my dude Austin this weekend! It was very fun, I played the drums. We also made a trip to Ann Arbor, and I bought a cool book. hehe eh he. We played this song:





We are having a party at my house this Thursday so everyone can hear how good/cool/awesome we are!Be there around 9pm!

Yo, yesterday was very cold in the morning. I enjoyed the sunshine though. It is fun driving on the back roads where things probably haven't changed much since the 50's. It was very sweet........ see ya!

Some people may be aware that a group I perform in, the Ill Itches, will be having a record release this Friday at the Marble bar here in Detroit. The band has done several interviews where the interviewer emails the band questions and we each answer them. In one such interview, all of my answers were omitted, and I heard from the other band members the music journalist got mad because I didn't take the interview seriously enough. That time I bought a Guitar for $1 at Guitar Center

When I had just graduated high school, I was still working my job at a grocery store. I made enough money to go guitar shopping. I used to drive from rural Lenawee county to Toledo OH to get to Guitar Center. One day I heard a radio ad for a Guitar Center Labor Day Sale on September 5th, 2005. At this point in my life, Guitar Center was something I had only recently discovered. This ad was extra special... the loud demanding voice on the radio ad claimed Guitar Center was going to be selling guitars for just $1! The night before the sale, I drove down to the Guitar Center and arrived at about 10:30 pm. I began waiting at the front door of the business. I remember texting some of my friends from the grocery store I worked at, they ended up joining me about an hour later. Then, two other small town guys that went to my high school showed up randomly.
